Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vidafcu.org, the Vida Federal Credit Union mobile application, or any related digital service (collectively, "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Site Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access or use the Site. They are in addition to any specific agreements you have with Vida regarding particular products or services (for example, your membership agreement, deposit account agreements, loan agreements, or online banking agreement). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific agreement, the product-specific agreement governs as to that product.

Eligibility & Membership

Becoming a member of Vida Federal Credit Union requires meeting the field of membership requirements, which include residing, working, worshiping, attending school, or doing business in San Bernardino County, California, or being an immediate family member of an existing Vida member.

Use of the Site for purposes other than general information (for example, online banking, applying for loans, or opening accounts) may require membership and is subject to the terms of the applicable member agreements.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding agreement with Vida. Minors may have accounts with Vida under custodial arrangements consistent with applicable law.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, any other accounts, or any computer system or network connected to the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, the servers or networks connected to the Site, or any policies, requirements, or regulations of networks connected to the Site
• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or similar tools, to access, monitor, or copy material from the Site without prior written permission from Vida
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, on the Site
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits another user's use of the Site
• Use the Site to transmit any harmful or malicious code, including viruses, worms, or other components designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, and the selection and arrangement of that content, is the property of Vida Federal Credit Union, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Vida Federal Credit Union name, logo, and any related marks are trademarks of Vida Federal Credit Union. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the content or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this Site is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Vida.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites, applications, and services, including but not limited to our loan application portal, our online banking platform, our loan payment processor, our mortgage partner, and external educational resources. These third-party sites and services are not under Vida's control.

Vida is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, or availability of any third-party site or service. Inclusion of any link to a third-party site does not imply endorsement by Vida. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that party's own terms and policies, which you should review before use.

Some Vida services, including online banking, mobile banking, and CardValet, may be provided through third-party vendors. Use of those services may be governed by additional terms presented to you at the time of enrollment or use.

Content on the Site, including educational materials, FAQs, financial education content, blog posts, calculators, and other informational resources, is provided for general informational purposes only. Rates, Terms & Availability

Information about Vida products, including interest rates, dividend rates, fees, terms, and availability, is subject to change without notice. Current rates, dividend rates and fees are published on the Rates page as of the date shown there; rates, terms, or conditions mentioned elsewhere on the Site are summaries and may not reflect current offerings. Verify current rates and terms with Vida before opening an account or applying for a loan.

All Vida loan and credit products are subject to approval. Approval is not guaranteed and is based on creditworthiness, ability to repay, and other factors as determined by Vida. Membership is required to receive most Vida products and services.

Site Availability

Vida makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Site is available and functioning properly. However, Vida does not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, will be free of errors, or will be uninterrupted. The Site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond Vida's control.

Vida is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the unavailability of the Site or any portion thereof.

Vida does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VIDA, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF VIDA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under federal regulations governing electronic fund transfers, deposit accounts, or other consumer financial protections that cannot be waived by agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vida and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Modifications to These Terms

Vida reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations regarding a specific Vida product or service, Vida will provide separate notice as required by applicable law and product-specific agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Federal law governs the credit union as a federally insured institution.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in San Bernardino County, California, unless otherwise required by federal law or a separate product-specific agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
